Plain gin with a shield shaped label: Victorian Hollands, Trade A1 Lloyds on a Pennant flying from a Shipping Buoy, Geneva, Bottled by Hooper & Co. (Geelong, Victoria). Spirits Gin Dutch Case Gin Shape. Applied top. Black. Label is faded but appears to be Brown or Red on White. 276 mm bottle, 74 mm label. 1890s-1900s
Bottle is Very Good with some scratches, scuffs and light wear. Of course the label is the more interesting piece here. It is quite faded but still readable. Bit of a tear to the upper right and some dirt on it in spots. Interesting piece from Geelong. Grade: N/A Estimate: $40 - 50
