Good. A great piece, this has early photographs and a run down of some tourist areas such as Hepburn Springs, Daylesford, Croydon, Mornington. Early adverts as well as conversion tables, tram timetables, and much more, 560 pages worth. Has seen a lot of use, the cover is worn with bends.
