Excellent. Just amazing! This lockable cabinet still has the key. Bottles still have the labels and in most cases the contents. Each little draw is still full with various items including full pill boxes and ointment boxes. Long draw has scales and a set of weights. Some bottles have pontils. One of the bottles has a chunk out of the lip and a crack. I have not pulled all the bottles out, but I am sure some will have chips and marks from use over the years. The surround around the key hole where the key is missing. Just to top it all off, turn this around and the upper rear panel slides out to reveal yet another compartment. This has four larger items in there, one tall empty pntilled bottle. A plain chemist with solidifed contents labelled for Irvine, Melbourne. A screw top jar with some contents labelled Boracic and another tall pontilled bottle with label hand written Laudanum, Poison. I have not listed the contents in the multitude of smaller items, but rest assured, this is an amazing and complete set from various pharmacists. The most heavily utilised chemmist in this kit looks to have been Irvine from Bourke Street West, Melbourne. Some dust and cobwebs. Some knocks and scratches to the wood.
