Good. I am not sure what is missing, but something is I think? The shaft is corroded. The handle slides off when upside down, the locking nut may clamp this down so it doesn't slide off? The top brass piece above the cast iron shaft has a bent out part to the lower flared out part. Knock marks here and there. Codd filling machines are sought after in general, but to find a Melbourne named example is a rarity indeed! This cannot be posted as it weighs a ton and is too big.
