Fair. There are bends at all four corners. Dint to front has the paint flaked around it. Paint worn and flakes around the four corners and up the left edge. Wide scratch through paint to face. Some flakes to the face. Stained and discoloured. The black is a bit faded in places. Some white paint spots. Interesting sign from the early days, not sure on how old but the wording makes it sound reasonably early. Grade: 5.6 Estimate: $30 - 40
