Very Good. Painted yellow, the paint has flaked off around both mounting holes. Up the right upper edge the paint has also flaked off. A few other flakes to the edge in places. The Alco Diesel part at the front has flaked paint to the top of it. A few other little flakes to the embossed writing. Some grime scattered around and other little flakes. A great piece of history, this would be unique with the locomotive number on there, they only would have made one of these in July 1942! Great piece of locomotive history.
