The left hand example is a golden yellow colour. In excellent condition, this retains the full gold border. Some grime and minor rust spots to the face. Flake to bottom of flange is from making as it is glazed over. Couple of small scrapes to the outer rim. Some grime and rust underneath as well. A bit of fine crazing. Comes with a base that is a bit stained with some crazing. A superb, vibrant colour to this one. The middle example is more of a light green, khaki sort of colour. In excellent condition, the gold border has some odd wear in places and is not complete. Couple of glaze misses to the face which are quite small. Some light scratches and crazing to the face. There are a couple of small flakes to the outer lower flange and a slightly larger flake to the inner flange. Some spots of stain and discolouration. This comes with a base that is heavily chipped to the inner rim, but none of this is seen when the lid is in place. The right hand example is more of a blue green colour. This one has no Ltd of John Gosnell & Co making it an earlier lid. In very good condition, the gold leaf border has some wear. There is a scratch right across the trade mark. Some rusty discolouration and crazing. Discoloured short scratch to face edge. Small nick or two to lower flange and some other minor marks. Comes with a base that has a chip to the lower edge.
