Pair of Poisons: 1. Not to be Taken / Poisonous / (ribs around embossing). Base: 2227. 2. Heavily ribbed front. Smooth base. Poison Cobalt Oval Ammonia type shapes. Tool finished and crudely machine finished tops. Cobalt & Royal Blue. About 8 oz. 167 - 169 mm. 1900s-1920s
Not to be Taken is Excellent. A little haze inside. Some minor marks. Beautiful dark colour and strong crisp embossing. Just ribbed one is Very Good. A bit hazy inside. An odd sort of crudely machine finished top. Lots of swirls and imperfections through the glass and very heavy for its size. Nice pair of bottles. Grade: N/A Estimate: $40 - 50
