Pair of Cobalt Blue conical jars both embossed: The "Gloy" / Manufacturing Co (small one has Ltd also) / London. Dot to centre of base of large one and smooth base to small. Ink Glue Conical. Ground lips. Cobalt Blue. About 4 and 8 oz. 105 & 82 mm. 1880s-1890s
Large is Very Good. Loads of imperfections and inclusions in the glass. Just a short surface fracture above one of these that we can see. Some stain inside. Scuffs and scratches. Early example. Small one is Very Good. Paler colour. A small chip or two around the ground lip. Some hazy stain inside. General light marks. Nice pair of Glue jars! Grade: N/A Estimate: $40 - 60
