Near Mint. Let me start by saying - I have no idea how old this is. It looks 1900 or earlier, but with this type of piece, it may be a lot earlier? The base mark would help to identify the era, if you know what you are doing. Condition is great with some grime. Great design with birds, flowers, fruit, four women, repeated on both sides.
