1. Very Good. A large hardback book of 737 pages. Have not looked at every page, but looks to be in really good condition. A little surface wear to cover. 2. Good. Plenty of interesting historical snippets in regards to this early Victorian goldfields town. Some discolouration and stains. 3. Very Good. An American publication. A little peeling to plastic coating on rear cover. Everything else looks pretty good without having looked at every page, as there are 816 of them! Grade: N/A Estimate: $50 - 70
