Good. A bit rough with a fair bit of pitting, scratches and little marks all around. 11 x 11 mm chip at the back base edge. Some fisheyes and things around. Seems that Carl Dominick was the postmaster on Jaluit which was the capital/administrative area for the Marshall Islands. A nice piece of Pacific island history! Grade: 6.5 Estimate: $30 - 40
