Bladder shaped saddle flask or similar. Dint to base. Wine Glass Flattened round shape. Long stretched neck. Sheared type finish to top. Olive Green. About 20 oz. 268 mm. 19th Century
Very Good. Not sure just what to make of this. Early piece of glass, found in England. Scratches, some quite deep to the wide parts of the sides show a fair bit of use. Some dirt and stain in the neck. Top is crudely finished and rounded a little although there are several chips as you would expect with this kind of finish. Possible it had an applied top originally that was then altered like this at the time of use. Lovely stretched neck and lots of bubbles in the glass. A lovely early piece of glass. Grade: 7.9 Estimate: $$100.00 - $150.00
