Pair of pigsnout gins: 1. J. T. Beukers / Schiedam. 2. Avan Hoboken & Co / Rotterdam. Spirits Gin Both pigsnout gins. Dark Green. Applied seal to the Hoboken. 1. 293 mm. 2. 280 mm.. 1870s-1880s
1. Very Good. Small but deep open bubble to lip. Large open bubble internally. Some scratches. Some scuffed patches. Big bottle, this is black towards base so difficult to see any damage, looks fine though. 2. Very Good. Streak of thin glass from applied seal has been attached at some stage, this has come off, taking a fine sliver of glass with it. Scuffed scratches around the shoulders and down the edges in places.
