Fair. Unusually, the lip on this example is undamaged. There is some rust spots and a little fine wear. Small impact to upper body has a nick and fine hairline associated. Small flake at base edge. Small horseshoe hairline under Balaklava. Left of this there is a 30 x 9 mm repaired chip immediately alongside another over 30 mm. Not sure how far this second one comes up as it is an extremely good repair. Some glaze has been applied over this and up the jar to disguise. A decent example of this jar from the Crimean War Series. Grade: 5.8 Estimate: $$100.00 - $150.00
