1. Poor. Restored. The neck up appears to be fully restored and poorly painted. Small repair to base edge below the pile of fish. Some crazing. A few scratches. (2.0). 2. Poor. Restored. The inner lip looks original, but the outer lip and neck is entirely repainted which has since discoloured. Lumpy repair to right base edge over about 15 x 12 mm that has discoloured.
