Excellent. Dated by hand etching under the base, this is either 1897 or 1997. Typical of the cut glass Bohemian pieces, this is ruby flashed with the clear parts being where the design has been cut in - although the Melbourne Puppy and picture of dog is not a cut design, this is a ruby design on clear glass.
