Queen Victoria / Duchess of Kent Reform Flask. No makers mark. Pottery Reform Salt Glaze reform flask. 182 mm. 1830s
Excellent. Possibly from around the time Queen Victoria became Queen in 1837? Small pottery blowout to shoulder. Little glaze nick on opposite shoulder. Another tiny glaze nick to opposite side. 11 x 8 mm shallow chip under foot on Duchess side. Duchess is spelt with only one S on this one. A little wear to the high points of the design on both sides. Some minor scratches and marks. Couple of small making splits. A lovely example of this historical piece of pottery. Grade: 7.5 Estimate: $$200.00 - $250.00
