Very Good. Has been painted cream, this is quite flaked revealing the rusty cast iron underneath. This would have been mounted to a bar with the screw holes at the top. The right part is a crown seal opener, the left part is simply circular and tapered inwards, we presume you jam a screw top in there until it grips and twist to open? Very interesting opener.
