The / Sydney. Smooth indented base. (New South Wales) Household Polish Rectangle with curved sides. Indented panel to front. Tool finished top. Aqua. 4 oz. 126 mm. 1890s
Fair. Displays well. Has stress type cracks: One curving up into the embossing panel from the front base of about 25 mm and another along the front base of about the same length; Another coming from the back base and curving up the side about 60 mm. Has dried baby oil inside. Dull all over. Light scuffs and scratches. Very crude and unusual, displays well. Most likely a leather or boot polish. Grade: 5.9 Estimate: $$10.00 - $15.00
