Registered / 20th May 1890 / Wm Radams / Microbe Killer. No potters stamp. Demijohn Impressed Applied slab seals to handled demijohn with pouring lip. All White. 1 Gallon. 308 mm. 1890s
Good. This would have been made at one of the early Australian potteries, maybe Cornwell's Brunswick Pottery (marked examples are known and look similar). 25 x 18 mm chip to left lip. A few other flakes around the lip. Chip under front base edge is likely a pottery pull. Some grime and discolouration in places. A few scratches to be found. Some crude making marks. A nice example of an interesting demijohn. Grade: 6.6 Estimate: $$40.00 - $60.00
