Restored. The extent of restoration is unknown! The band to mid stem has no seam where the black meets it on lower part, but you can feel the black on the upper part, so I feel this upper black paint is a later addition. The inner bowl is entirely painted throughout and has yellowed slightly. Most of the outer design, however, looks to be original with crazing through it, the upper flared out part may be a different story? Whatever the case, the fact is this is restored, but restored well so that it looks very good on the shelf. Grade: 0 Estimate: $$30.00 - $50.00
