Very Good. By way of provenance, this is the actual bottle listed in Ken Arnold's "A Victorian Thirst" that was part of the Les Towe collection. Polished. Band of inner stain to the rear. Remains of pits and fisheyes throughout. Some impact marks to the embossing, the embossing remains quite proud. Has been oiled internally. Some dullness within the dimples. Some surface flakes around the base edge. A lovely bottle which is extremely rare and one of the most sought after Melbourne codds. Grade: 7.2 Estimate: $$2,250.00 - $2,500.00
