Large Pharmacy Carboy. Pontilled base. Medicine Show Globe Large bulbous jar. Pontil to base. Tool finished top. Ground inner lip. Clear (very faint hint of amethyst). 2 Gallon. 395 mm. 1850s-1860s
Very Good. On one side at the widest part of the bottle is a star fracture measuring 39 x 25 mm at its largest dimensions. Really nice crude pontil to base. Wear to the base. Some scratches and scuffs. A few bubbles through the glass. There is a stopper that fits OK but doesn't look to be the original. A really nice piece of early glass. Grade: 7.4 Estimate: $100 - 150
