Near Mint. Probably made for Rousdon to commemorate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee. Tiny lip nick. Some inner dirt. Shallow small flake to upper applied seal, there are one or two other nicks to the applied seal. Some minor scratches. Lovely item. Grade: 9 Estimate: $150 - 200
