Very Good. Lower rim has some wear and scratches through the glaze. Tiny flake under flange, couple of other marks which are from making as well. Some spots of discolouration. Tiny impact mark to lower flange. Some glaze scratches. These more ornate Woods lids in this larger size are harder to get than the standard examples. This lid does not come with a base.
