Very Good. The writing on this is a little impressed as well. Upper rim of base has a small flake. There is also a short inner and outer hairline around from this and a few other little nicks. Some glaze misses to the upper part of the base below where the lid would sit. Glaze on the right half is a little dull. There is a glaze flake under the base over about 6 x 5 mm. Couple of fine hairlines under base on the edge, one is a fine horseshoe type hairline. This base has a musty smell to it. Fine hairline beside Melbourne on the face. Some fine wear to the sharp base and shoulder edges. Comes with a a correct lid which has a small inner flange flake. This is discoloured with some crazing and scratches. Grading in this case is for the base only. Grade: 7 Estimate: $50 - 75
