Good. Maybe this was actually attached to a bottle at some stage, as it has the capacity on it? Cloth is quite discoloured and dirty throughout. The edges are frayed on the three white sides. Near the bottom left corner there is a folded area where the cloth is stitched to itself. Most unusual piece, obviously a bit later as it is around the time of metrication.
