Very Good. Actually looks Near Mint but there is a 13 x 5 mm chip to the lip above the E. Rowlands panel. Only minor marks anywhere else. Superbly defined and detailed embossing. Displays beautifully. Grade: 7.8 Estimate: $20 - 30
