Aqua Cottage Ink. No base mark. Ink Glass Sheer Lip. Aqua. 1 oz. 65 mm. 1880s
Excellent. Some shallow chips and flakes around the sheer lip. Green imperfections in glass to rear lip and neck. Some light inner haze. A little minor grime. Tiny nick to base edge. Tiny impact to window, this is miniscule. Details are not overly defined on this example. From the famous ink collection of Bert Hayward, Bert was on the cover of the Australian Bottle Review in February 1976 with his display of inks! Grade: 8 Estimate: $150 - 200
