Very Good. Two tiny flakes to lip. Right lower lip has a 5 x 2 mm surface bruise with another next to it. A few minor scratches. Some minor inner haze. We have never seen one of these, it could have contained anything as the Pearlite Manufacturing Company produced a wide variety of goods. A very interesting piece indeed.
