Excellent. Some dust and grime. A bit of black paint to the rear near the top, like the lid was painted when in place and some missed. Mind you, this does not have a lid now. The gold leaf writing is visible but worn. One or two scratches. A little split or two from making around the decoration. A wonderful piece of pottery from the Bert Hayward collection.
