A. Muriatic. Base Mark: Pontil. Medicine Chemist Flared spun lip. Clear. Etched writing. 30 oz. 189 mm without stopper. 1890s
Excellent. Some inner contents residue staining towards the inner base. Quite a lot of usage wear under the base. Some flakes under base associated with the pontil. Some minor scuffs and scratches to the outer surface. Stopper has a largish chip to the upper corner which is nibbled. The bottom half of the stopper is purple, however this could just be some surface staining? Muriatic acid is these days more commonly known as hydrochloric acid. Grade: 8.1 Estimate: $50 - 75
