1. Excellent. Couple of spots of rust. A few scratches. Most unusual shape for a penny ink, this is quite an early one. 2. Very Good. A few tiny flakes to lip, one or two may be kiln kisses. Some spots of rust. Lovely and unusual item. 3. Very Good. An unusual form, not one you see every day. Four or five glaze hairlines on the top side of the shoulder, a few of these go down the body towards the base. Glaze miss or two. 4. Excellent. Tip of pouring spout has a little flake. Small kiln kiss to shoulder. Some dust and grime. One or two scratches. Small rust spot or two. Nice glaze colouration. These are from the famous ink collection of Bert Hayward, Bert was on the cover of the Australian Bottle Review in February 1976 with his display of inks! Grade: N/A Estimate: $30 - 40
