First Pick (in a ribbon). Base: M. (Melbourne, Victoria) Household Sauce Tomato Sauce. Spun finished top. Pale Amethyst. 13 oz. 245 mm. 1910s
Very Good. There is a partially burst bubble above the middle of the embossing with dirt in it. Through the middle of this burst bubble is a weird 44 mm fracture just in the surface of the glass that follows the top curve of the ribbon, possibly a manufacturing type fault. A few scuffs and scratches. Some haze inside. The odd little fisheye or two to be found. A solid example of a harder to get Melbourne sauce. Grade: 7 Estimate: $10 - 20
