Excellent. Tail out variety. Jar is a bit grimy inside. Ground lip has a few of the typical flakes and small chips associated with this type of lip. The lid has a little chip to one of the lugs at the top. Only half of the original bail is present. Embossing is strong with superbly detailed trade mark. This is one of the best examples you could hope to see of this iconic jar. Grade: 8.9 Estimate: $400 - 500
