J. Eastman / (Fancy cartouche or logo) / Broken Hill. Impressed stamp is hard to read but looks like George Skey / Willcott / Tamworth. Ginger Beer Cork Stoppered Dump shape. All White. Black Print. 12 oz. 180 mm. 1900s
Excellent. Great looking bottle, quite tall and bulky with a lovely glaze and strong print. A line of wear around the very top of the lip. Back lip has a 4 x 2 mm glaze flake and coming from this is a very fine 23 mm spiderweb like hairline. A spot or two of rust to the surface. A curved line of black ink has been inadvertantly applied to the lower right near the potters stamp. Small pottery blowout on the front right shoulder. Some crazing generally. One of the nicest examples we've seen of this bottle. Grade: 8.5 Estimate: $70 - 100
