Very Good. This is a great piece of early pottery. Another jug has clearly fallen and rested on this one while they were still malleable in the kiln. This has left a big indent in the front and below this a wide open firing crack. Clearly this container couldn't have held liquid too well yet made it into circulation somehow?! There are various other kiln kisses around. A large chip to one side of the handle. A really crude and great looking piece of early European pottery. Grade: 7.5 Estimate: $600 - 800
