Good. A stunning looking bottle! Little, thin open bubble to inner lip. Little inclusion to inner surface on rear upper chamber has a tiny surface fracture associated with it. Some light haze to inner rear upper body. Little surface nick to front upper body. Surface scratch to left neck and upper body, a couple more to the rear. Down the right side from the neck groove down is a series of short horizontal scratches, minor at top, in the middle beside the trade mark these are a bit deeper, then below the word brewery there are five deep groove marks, looks like some wire has been wearing against the localised spots for some time leaving a smooth and shiny groove in these spots. Next to this is the oddest chip I have ever seen on a bottle, it is about 17 x 10 mm with two smaller chips below and alongside this. One of these is over part of the A. The large chip has taken out the entire R of Carcoar. These all have rounded edges and appear to be unusual wear type marks. These have been filled with something at some stage, there are a couple of blobs of filler over the R of Brewery above where the chips are currently. Remains a great looking bottle, one of the best codds in Australia. Grade: 6.7 Estimate: $2000 - 2500
