Early stoneware container. Stoneware Crudely made stoneware piece, similar in manufacture to Chinese pieces. Glazed in grey from top to about three quarters of the way down the body. 13 oz. 188 mm. 1900s
Very Good. 30 mm chip to base. 9 x 9 mm flake to base edge. Large kiln kiss to glaze near shoulder. Crude making marks including some blowouts, glaze drips, lumps and bumps. Very unusual piece, possibly European, although has an Oriental appearance. Grade: 7 Estimate: $30 - 40
