Large pontilled powder chemists jar. Base Mark: Pontil. Etched: HYPO. Poison Cobalt Applied lip, tooled finish, ground inner lip with original stopper. Polished pontil to base. Cobalt. 30 oz. 203 mm without stopper. 1880s
Excellent. Some inner stain. HYPO has been hand etched along with a B. A few dull spots. Some surface scratches. Stopper is in unblemished condition as well. Nice item. Grade: 8.9 Estimate: $50 - 75
