G. F. Seebeck / Trade (Tree) Mark / Perth. Base Mark: M. Aerated Water Codd Applied top. Four way pour Dobson style patent with four dimples. Aqua. 13 oz. 238 mm. 1900s
Very Good. Some light inner haze, mainly to the rear. Much of this looks like surface dirt that may wash out. Tiny little nibble under front base. Little flake to front just below the right dimple, could in part be a small open bubble? Scuffs and scratches scattered around. The front right shoulder has a section of surface fisheyes, pretty much a form of crate wear. One impact mark to front upper shoulder just below the neck groove. Some more surface fisheyes down the right side of the embossing, these are very shallow. To the lower right of the tree are two more noticable nibbled marks, these are from making as they are both lumps of glass applied to the surface of the bottle. Some scattered fisheyes and the odd tiny impact mark to be found. A solid example of a great pictorial WA codd, not often seen for sale these days. Grade: 7.4 Estimate: $200 - 250
