Good. Face is quite good. Between one and two o'clock on from the border out is a fine hairline, this goes down to a poorly repaired chip on the flange, over about 20 x 10 mm (none of which is seen on the face (except the hairline). Between 4 and 5 o'clock is a flake chip under the rim that can just be seen from the face, the underside measurements of this are only 10 x 4 mm. A further, poorly repaired flake chip can be seen at about 8'clock, again not much can be seen on the face side, the underside part measures about 12 x 4 mm. Some light crazing and discolouration to be found. A few scratches which are quite light and small. A good, solid example of a super rare black and white lid which looks fantastic, this is a great show piece for the astute collector! This does not come with a base.
