Good. Some minor inner neck stain which will clean out. Outside is dull and stained all over. 95 mm scratch on the surface of the glass near the left seam line. There is a 5 x 4 mm chip to the surface of the tent near the miner which has some rust staining to it. Above and near this are some nibbles to the miner and also a bit of scratching. Some nibbles to the two L's of Ballarat. There is a bit of pitting over parts of the surface. Small open bubble to right base edge heel. Other scratches, fisheyes and marks can be seen. Some careful professional cleaning would produce a truly spectacular marble bottle. Have no doubt, there are no major faults to this bottle. This is of course one of Australia's best Codd bottles. Grade: 6.6 Estimate: $4000 - 6000
