2 1840s English stoneware Porters. One impressed J. Hall, Leeds. Larger is plain. Beer Stoneware Various Various. 1840s
Very Good+. The Hall is actually in Excellent condition with some crazing around the neck and lip. Lovely glaze and just some minor wear and marks. The large one is a great looking crude bottle. There is a little flake chip to the lip. Larger chip to the bottom of the top. A bit of rust and some scratches with discolouration as well. A really nice pair of early bottles.
