Excellent. Superb lid, the face has some very fine crazing, a very shiny glaze that does not even have any visible scratches! At 12 o'clock is a slightly darker crazed line, this is short and from manufacture. On the underside of the lid at 12 o'clock, a short glaze hairline starts on the side flange and goes under by only 10 mm or so, this is pretty much like a slightly discoloured crazed line. There are a few tiny 1 x 1 mm fleabites around the lower rim where the lid would have contacted the base. The right side of the lid has some smoky stain to only the lower edge, this is very minor. Some crazing can be seen to the underside of the lid as well. This lid does not come with a base. A stunning lid, this is the first one we have ever seen, a superb rarity and in superb condition!
