Ornate vinegar or salad oil bottle with thin flared lip. Pontil to base. Household Vinegar Applied, thin flare lip. Vertical lines down neck flaring out to upper shoulder. Vine pattern around the shoulder and base. Leaves and fruit draped around the mid body. Base has a broken pontil amongst a starburst design. Clear. 7 oz. 185 mm. 1860s
Near Mint. Stunning and early, ornate bottle. The thin flare lip is a classic indicator of the age. This has a bit of grime, but is undamaged. Bit of grime to upper shoulder. Possible very light inner haze. Some inner base dirt. A very crude wonky bottle that has an uneven base from manufacture. Great item! Grade: 9.4 Estimate: $150 - 200
