F. Daniels / & Sons / Warragul / This bottle is the property / of F. Daniels & Sons / Warragul, and cannot / legally be used by others. Base mark: M 869 / M / A G M. Household Cordial Machine made, ornate loop pattern around shoulder, ambossing within a shield design. Clear. 26 oz. 290 mm. 1930s
Very Good. Seems to be a series of probe scratches or similar across the bottle. The deepest is a 20 mm scratch to the left of the embossing, which turns 90 degrees and goes up another 12 mm. This has a couple of tiny flakes associated with it. One short deep scratch in a circle near the rear shoulder. Behind the left seam near the base is a little patch of deep impact marks. 10 x 4 mm flake under the rear base. 10 mm surface split to front between shoulder and embossing, this can be felt with the nail and goes into the glass, but not all the way through. Some minor wear and flakes to the neck loops. Scratches across the rear, a few lighter ones across the face as well. Couple of fisheyes to base heel. Small rusty patch to right side base edge, there is a fine ding which is small in this area too. A nice example of a rare bottle. Grade: 7.5 Estimate: $75 - 100
