Near Mint. Quite an amazing example really. The lip does have some very fine glaze flakes on close inspection. Some scuffs and scratches to the highly shiny glaze, including a scratch to the W. Couple of little glaze flakes to the body and a spot or two of rust. Crudely made, the stamp has a highly ghosted appearance to it, with the black ink having run down in manufacture.
