Large milk glass chemist jar with painted label: Radix / Scillae. Polished pontil. Chemist Jar Applied top, tooled finish. Milk Glass. Quart. 212 mm. 1890s
Near Mint. Couple of very shallow flakes to upper lip. Some little black surface splits as well around the lip. Label on this one is near perfect, including the gold leaf around the outer edge. The original lid has some minor marks, but is also in superb condition. A great looking piece! Grade: 9.4 Estimate: $200 - 250
